CLASSES

Classes through NWTC- AQUACARDIO: Julie Anderson teaches many classes through NWTC.  Right now she is offering Aqua Cardio which is held in the pool on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays from 9- 10 am (fee)

Personal Training: Josh Mann is offering personal training sessions at the Rec.  If you want to workout, but aren't sure where to start or how much to do, that’s where Josh comes in.  Schedule an appointment with him today! 920-535-0823.

Balance For Seniors: Josh Mann is offering a balance class for for seniors on Wednesdays at 9 am for a 30 min session on better balance. Sign up sheet at the front desk at the Rec Center. (A membership is needed)

Swim Lessons: The Mosling Recreation Center has ten certified instructors for Swim Lessons. Swim lessons are offered to children of all ages.  Also available are adult swim lessons by appointment.  For class schedule please call the Rec. Lessons are from 3 to 6 pm Mondays and Wednesdays. At this time the pool is closed to the public. Thank you for understanding! (NO LESSONS UNTIL FALL)

Aqua-cize: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday the Rec offers a class to members called Aqua-cize.  This class runs an hour and is held in the pool from 10-11am.  There is no charge for this class, but you must be a member to participate.

Yoga: Suzi Hammer is offering Yoga on Mondays (chair yoga) and Thursdays (Stretch and Strength) at 9:30 am There is a fee for these classes, but if you are a member you get a discount. Suzi is offering a drop in or pay per session. May schedule is at Rec front desk

Teen Nights on Fridays: The Rec offers teen night on a few Fridays from 8:30 to 10:30pm.  It's a night  just for teens to have the whole building to themselves and use the hot tub and pool late, hang out in the Mosling Room, play games and have some snacks.  (2 x a month and no summer teen nights)
